Occasionally an order is placed under the corporate account, rather than a consultant account. If this happens, we are happy to move the order upon request. We also audit all corporate sales at the end of each month and assign them to the appropriate consultant account if we can determine one.


If the order has been placed under the wrong consultant, the consultant to whom the order was credited must make the request to move it to another consultant. We can not move orders between consultants at the request of a customer or a consultant other than the one originally credited with the order.
